We’re kicking off the Slideluck Salon Series in Williamsburg at the Food Book Fair on Sunday, May 5th, 4:30 – 6:30. Food and culture writer Helen Hollyman will moderate a panel on the contemporary pulse of the supper club – it’s varying environments, cultural impact on the dining experience, and how it has inspired pop up restaurants.
Panel discussion will be followed by a reception with drinks and delicious plates crafted by Danielle Bell and Pablo Osorio of de Porres. And drinks by Brooklyn Brewery, Tito’s Vodka and Perrier flowing throughout.
